All ticket purchases are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not process or store payment card information directly on this Site, and we do not use Squarespace Payments.

  • All ticket sales are final, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events, programs, or admissions due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, refund or exchange decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and our posted policies.

Scheduling (Calendly)

The Site includes links to or embeds of Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book an appointment, you interact directly with Calendly and are subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for Calendly’s services or data handling.

The Site may include links to or embedded content from third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

We are not responsible for:
